Loretta Morne Scariot, 90, was reunited with her beloved husband Babe, 6 months and 2 days after his passing, on Thursday morning, December 17, 2020 peacefully in her home.
Born in Atlasburg on May 15, 1930, she was the oldest of 7 children born to William and Mary Malardi Morne.
She and Babe enjoyed many polka dances throughout the years. Loretta also enjoyed cooking Sunday family dinners and hosting her annual Christmas Eve celebration. Whenever the weather permitted, you would find her sitting on her porch swing enjoying the view.
Her beloved husband of 66 years Angelo "Babe" Scariot, Jr. who she married on May 8, 1954 passed away on June 15, 2020.
She is survived by her four children, Angelo Larry Scariot and wife LaRae, Cheryl Slay and husband Bernie, Tina Toth and husband Mark and Angela Torboli and husband Kevin; 10 grandchildren, Jocelyn Boni, Cassandra Case (Joe), Kayla Sinopoli (Matt), Ryan Scariot, Zane Toth, Dante Boni (Brooke), Haleigh Resnik (Brian), Brittnae Boni, Cody Scariot and Alissa Torboli; four great-grandchildren, Arden and Max Sinopoli and Laiken and Conor Boni.
To honor Mrs. Scariot's wishes, services and interment in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Burgettstown will be held privately for her immediate family.
