Joseph C. Jacobs

Joseph C. Jacobs, 73, of Washington, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday morning, March 23, 2022, in the Washington Hospital. He was born in Washington on March 25, 1948 to Clarence "Jake" Jacobs and Josephine "Pepa" Gonzales Jacobs. Joe graduated from Burgettstown Union High School in 1966 and apprentice school in 1976.
Joe was a proud member of Steamfitters Local 449 in Pittsburgh and a fifty-year member of the United Association. In addition to "Building America," Joe enjoyed bird hunting with his dogs. Orea, a toy fox terrier, was his companion for the last five years.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Nancy, his beloved daughter, Victoria, his brother Robin (Denise) Jacobs of North Ridgeville, Ohio, cousins in Maryland and Ohio, and a brotherhood of friends from his hometown Langeloth and immediate areas.
Family and friends will be received from 12:00 PM until the time of service officiated by the Rev. Clarejean Haury at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at Lee & Martin Funeral Home, 73 Highland Avenue, Burgettstown, PA 15021.
