Janet L. Thomas, 69, of Burgettstown, passed away on Friday December 23, 2022 in the Washington Hospital.

She was born on December 10, 1953 a daughter of the late Charles E. Thomas, Sr. and Frances DeCook Thomas.

A graduate of the Burgettstown High School, she spent many hours crocheting beautiful afghans and baking cookies for her family and friends.

She is survived by her brothers Jerry Thomas and wife Sharon of Bulger and Dennis R. Thomas of Burgettstown; her brother-in-law John Rupani of Jefferson Twp.; sister-in-law Mary Lou "Tweenie" Thomas of Burgettstown; and many nieces and nephews.

Deceased in addition to her parents are her brothers Charles E. Thomas, Jr. and Samuel Thomas; sisters Loretta Thomas and Dolores J. Rupani; and sister's-in-law Doris and Dottie Thomas.

Services in the Grandview Cemetery, Florence will be held at a later date.
