Gary Albert Fodor

Gary Albert Fodor, 71, of Burgettstown passed away unexpectedly with his daughter by his side, on Saturday morning May 6, 2023 in the Weirton Medical Center. 
He was born on April 22, 1952 a son of the late Albert and Wanda Hodge Fodor. 
After graduation from the Burgettstown High School he worked for Weirton Steel where after retiring he attended I.T. Technical School and finished his work career from the Burgettstown Area School District where he was their computer technician. 
Gary enjoyed hunting, cooking, gardening and of course, fast cars. 
He is survived by his daughter Billie  Wolota and husband Rich of Weirton; his two grandchildren Seth and Scarlett Wolota; sisters Irene Cox (wife of the late Glen) of Langeloth and Carol Barish of Joffre; and his nieces Hazel, Danielle, Brandy and Cheri. 
Family and friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 10, 2023 in Slater Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. BURGETTSTOWN, 73 Highland Avenue, Burgettstown, Pa 15021. Interment will follow in the Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Paris.
