It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elfi Schubert Roberts, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, who departed this life on April 11th at the age of 85. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ludwig and Anna Schubert, and brother, Ludi Schubert.

Born in Czechoslovakia and later living in East Germany, Elfi had a deep love of her homeland. She immigrated to the United States at the age of 19 with her devoted husband, Thomas Roberts, who survives her. Together, they built a life in Eldersville PA rooted in love, resilience, and family.

A dedicated and nurturing stay-at-home mother, Elfi raised two daughters, Heidi (husband Craig Markish) and Deborah (husband Michael Taylor), with unwavering care and strength. Her greatest joy came from her role as a grandmother to her five grandchildren (Kevin, Connor, Lauren, Gregory, and Audra), who brought her endless pride and happiness.

She will be remembered for her quiet strength, loving heart, and the deep devotion she had for her family.

A private service will be held for immediate family in accordance with her wishes.
