Donald L. Marshall, Sr.

Donald L. Marshall, Sr., 87, of Burgettstown; Hanover Twp., passed away on Saturday morning July 16, 2022 in Transitions Healthcare, Washington.
He was born on September 2, 1934 in Murdocksville a son of the late Harry and Christine Howell Marshall.
Mr.  Marshall was a truck driver and member of the Teamsters Local 92 in Ohio retiring from Weirton Lumber after 46 years.
An accomplished guitar player, he played mostly country music with many bands in the tri-state area.
His wife Nora Green Marshall passed away on December 29, 2003.
He is survived by his son Donald L. Marshall, Jr.; grandson Randall Cox; sisters Lucille Burris, Wilma Shedlock, Mildred "Midge" Marshall and Juanita Marshall all of Hanover Twp.; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to his parents and wife are two daughters Donna Marshall and Susan Cox (surviving husband Jeffrey); and three sisters Doris Thomas, Leona Woods and Joanne Redman.
Family and friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday July 19 in the Lee & Martin Funeral Home, 73 Highland Avenue, Burgettstown, PA 15021 where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday July 20, 2022 with the Rev. Marilyn Stevens officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Grandview Cemetery, Florence
