Carol Ann Farmer, 58, of Richlands, NC, passed away on Sunday November 12, 2023 in the Onslow North Carolina Memorial Hospital.
She was born on December 14, 1964 in Washington, PA a daughter of the late Sam Fiazza and Rose Heinen Allen.
Carol worked for Walmart in North Carolina.
She is survived by her brothers Dean Heinen (Barbara) of Colliers, WV and Jason Brian Allen (Tammy) of Burgettstown; and a niece Jenna.
Graveside services officiated by Pastor Kenn Jacobs will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday November 20, 2023 in the Grandview Cemetery, Florence, PA where she will be laid to rest beside her mother.
