Anthony Carlisle McKee

Anthony Carlisle McKee, 58, of Slovan, passed away on Wednesday November 15, 2023 in his home.

He was born on October 1, 1965 in Washington a son of the late Peter McKee and Shirley Wilkins Cox.

Mr. McKee worked for Carter Lumber in Burgettstown and enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Powers McKee who he married on August 30, 2018; daughters Tonya Marie and Kelsey Whetsell (Matt); stepchildren Matthew Newman and Erica Newman; 6 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren brothers Tommy McKee and Larry Harshey; step sisters Amy Harshey and Nicole Cox; a step brother Gerry Cox. He also leaves behind his two dogs Panda and Bear.

Deceased in addition to his parents are two sisters Lori Dawn Harshey and Tina Markish. 

Family and friends  will be received from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Sunday November 19, 2023 in Slater Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. of BURGETTSTOWN, 73 Highland Avenue, Burgettstown, PA 15021.

Memorial donations may be made in his memory to his family in care of the funeral home.
