Anita Louise Hoberek, 65, of Washington, passed away on Sunday morning November 6, 2022 Premier Health Center Washington.
She was born on August 26, 1957 in Washington, a daughter of the late Emily Yandrich Hoberek.
A graduate of the Burgettstown High School and Penn Commercial in Washington, she had several jobs throughout her life. Anita was a very kind and loving person who accepted and loved everyone she met. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sister Gloria Shergi and husband Pat of Burgettstown; her nephew Melio Shergi and wife Amy; a niece Lydia Stoner and husband Buck.
She also had six great nieces and nephews; Cole Shergi (who tragically went to be with God on the same day as her); Katie Shergi Dhanse and husband Dylan, Gracie Shergi, Nathan and Blake Neal, and Alex Stoner.
Family and friends will be received from 3:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday November 11 in the Lee & Martin Funeral Home, 73 Highland Avenue, Burgettstown, PA 15021 where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday November 12, 2022. She will be laid to rest beside her mother in the Fairview Cemetery, Burgettstown.
